About Me

At a macro-level, my interests broadly fall at an intersection between environmental conservation, behavioral science, and international relations, with a particular current emphasis on examining human dimensions of resource management, risk communication strategies, and methods of understanding and improving environmental decision-making.

I recently completed my doctoral studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst under the supervision of Brian Lickel and Ezra Markowitz. Beginning in July 2018, I will join the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania as the William J. Henrich Postdoctoral Fellow in the Annenberg Center for the Advanced Study of Communication.  I will concurrently hold a position as a Research Fellow in the Yale Law School, working primarily with Dan Kahan. Additionally, I currently hold a position as a Research Scientist with the See Change Institute.
